Construction Detour Update

While 42nd St NE is closed to through traffic, Good Shepherd is still accessible using a temporary route through the parking lot for our neighbors, Oakland Church. Please allow a few extra minutes for your drive the first time you visit during construction!

You will enter Good Shepherd’s parking lot through a temporary gravel access drive located between our playground and dumpster. This access is available through the Oakland Church parking lot.

​​From Edgewood Rd, go past the “Road Closed to Through Traffic” signs.

Turn:

  • Left onto Pine View Dr NE

  • Right onto 44th St NE

  • Right onto Westchester Dr NE

  • Left into the Oakland Church parking lot

Drive across the back of the lot to enter Good Shepherd.​
