Looking for a fun, faith-based playgroup in Cedar Rapids?
Loin us for Little Lambs Playgroup, a special gathering for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers (ages 0–5) and their caregivers! Each session includes age-appropriate activities, social time for adults, and a warm Christian atmosphere—with all the planning and cleanup done for you.
Children will enjoy a rotating variety of hands-on activities, including:

Elizabeth Pamperin
Elizabeth is an Iowa transplant with two little ones, William (3.5) and Lauren (1). She’s married to Nick and has a Cockapoo, Honey. Elizabeth loves to be outside with the kids, in her garden, or cooking and baking in the kitchen. Elizabeth has a background in community health education, nutrition, and corporate wellness and is excited to get back to her planning roots with this new chapter of life and little ones!

Who is Little Lambs Playgroup for?
Children ages birth through 5 years old accompanied by an adult (parents, grandparents, nannies are all welcome!)
Whether you're a member of Good Shepherd or have never been to our church, this Cedar Rapids playgroup is open to all.
Where does Little Lambs Playgroup take place?
Little Lambs Playgroup meets at our Cedar Rapids Campus in the education wing and gym.
Enter through the glass doors at the bottom of the hill near our main parking area.
